Privacy Statement The Japan Institute of Heterocyclic Chemistry (we) is committed to carefully maintaining any personal information data collected.
We recognize the importance of users' personal information and we are committed to protecting your privacy.

We request a user to provide his/her personal information (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, phone number) on various occasions such as:
 
  1. When submitting a manuscript
  2. When registering to subscribe to the Web Edition of Heterocycles
  3. When a downloading a PDF file with payment by credit card
  4. When requesting to subscription to our newsletter (HeteroContents)
  5. When requesting online technical support.
  In each of the examples above, the users' personal data is necessary for editing and publishing purpose of the Web Edition of Heterocycles, and for offering the related services and transactions. We pledge to handle the personal information data of users only within support of these purposes. A user's personal information will not be disclosed or used for other than the stated purposes, without the user's permission.

Users' personal information will not shared with third parties under any circumstances.
